Sales & Business Development Manager
As a Sales and Business Development professional at Hub 85, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and forging new client relationships with some of the most prominent organisations across financial services and beyond.
You will have a strong understanding of and passion for how enterprises can use data to operate more intelligently and efficiently. You are consultative in your commercial approach and a great listener who can clearly understand the needs of existing and future clients.
You will be creative and able to develop “to-the-point” client content and marketing materials that will be consumed by senior industry executives. You are resourceful, self-motivated and can execute autonomously and at a high-level without direction.
You will be the first point of contact for new prospects and will remain in close contact throughout their customer journey.
You will also work closely with our product team to continually identify new problems Hub 85 can solve in a world-class manner.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years proven success in B2B software business development & sales, ideally with financial services industry experience.
- Prior experience selling complex products/enterprise software to senior executives
- Prior experience forging strategic partnerships with large organisations
- Organised, ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
- A great listener and can prioritize workloads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are strategic and can develop and manage a large sales pipeline
- You are savvy with an entrepreneurial approach
- Available for international travel
